Women’s Class

This class is exclusively available to female practitioners of all levels. Sparring is optional.

This class is dedicated as a space for women to share Jiu-Jitsu and sharpen their skills with other female practitioners. It is also an excellent way to get a great workout and make friends, all while having lots of fun.
